At this stage, we want to assure your successful progress towards a working agreement, however:

• It is important to remember to read and perform all directions as directed. 
• This is a virtual process, not a handholding process.  Either you make it through because you have the skills and determination to display an independent unsupervised work ethic and follow directions well, or you don't.
• Some of you may wish to request cross-training and sign multiple sub-contracting agreements with HARK, Inc. and receive the cumulative fees for each task performed for the profile creation.
